TML Centralization of Activities | change of VAT
Change of VAT as of 01.08.2026
FOR PARTNERS IN BELGIUM EXCEPT TAILORMADE LOGISTICS WESTERLO
In the context of the continued optimization and centralization of the commercial and operational activities within our group, we hereby wish to inform you of an important change. As of August 1st, 2026, all commercial contracts, as well as the transport and logistics activities of Tailormade Logistics, will be transferred to a new group entity:

This transfer will take place in accordance with the relevant Belgian legislation, including the transfer of all rights and obligations. This implies that existing contractual relationships will be continued without interruption by the acquiring entity. Simultaneously with this transfer, the name of Tailormade Logistics Westerlo will be changed to: Tailormade Logistics.
What does this mean for you in practice?
As from 01.08.2026, invoices will be issued by the “new” supplier: Tailormade Logistics.
Consequently, invoicing will be performed under a new VAT number: BE 0413.676.690.
(Please remove our former VAT number BE0458 195 336 from your records.)
Please note the following new bank account details for payments to the “new” supplier Tailormade Logistics:

The registered office of TML (Korte Mate 5, 9042 Ghent, Belgium) remains unchanged.
Your existing agreement will be automatically continued by the acquiring entity.
The services provided will remain unchanged. Your usual contact persons will remain available and unchanged.
For information purposes, we also attach the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (CBE) details of Tailormade Logistics Westerlo (VAT BE 0413.676.690),
being the entity that will handle invoicing as of 1 August 2026.
